As part of the Gateway team, you will set up banquet rooms and serve food and beverages to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and break down banquet setups efficiently
• Serve drinks and dishes from the buffet or a la carte
• Transparent tables and replace linens as needed
• Stay updated on banquet menu items
• Assist with additional tasks as directed
Requirements:
• At least one year of serving experience preferred
• Experience in banquet service is advantageous
• FOODSAFE Level 1 certification preferred
• Capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work standing for long durations
