Drive Ontario’s energy security as an Information Security Specialist at IESO in a hybrid role. You'll be key in protecting IESO's systems from cyber threats and enhancing security practices.

In this essential position, you will coordinate the development of Information Security services, supporting various business units. Your responsibilities will include designing security policies, managing Identity and Access Management programs, and conducting phishing simulations. You will also generate performance metrics to assess and improve security effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop Information Security policies and procedures • Support Identity and Access Management program governance • Design and deliver phishing simulations and training • Collect performance metrics on security controls • Assist in internal and external audit activities

Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or related fields • Over 5 years of experience in enterprise security systems • Knowledge of Windows NT and UNIX platforms • Excellent communication skills for collaboration • Integrity in handling confidential information
