We are searching for a youth pastor dedicated to nurturing approximately 30 youth in their faith. Essential duties include planning weekly gatherings, organizing meaningful retreats, and leading mission trips that involve youth engagement with the community. A strong foundation in faith is required, along with effective leadership and communication skills to enhance church life.

Key Responsibilities:



• Disciple youth through weekly meetings focused on faith • Oversee mission trip planning and execution • Build strong relationships with youth inside and outside of church • Lead a team of youth sponsors to support church activities • Involve youth in meaningful church leadership roles
