Our financial services client is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist (3+ years of experience) to support vendor management and contract lifecycle activities using TPRA and procurement processes

Join a team supporting vendor management, contracting, and process improvement initiatives within an Investor’s Edge environment. This role manages third-party supplier relationships, contract coordination, procurement activities, and compliance processes across market data, research, technology product, and skilled services vendors. The position works closely with procurement, legal, risk, operations, and product stakeholders across the business. Extension potential may be available based on business needs.

Contract, Toronto, 2 days per week - Mondays and Tuesdays.

Must Haves

- 3+ years with vendor management and contract lifecycle management
- Support for procurement processes and third-party/vendor governance activities
- Coordination or support of Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRA)
- Project management familiarity with JIRA, Kanban, and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

- Experience using TPRA platforms such as Archer, Coupa Risk Assess, or similar systems
- Experience with procurement systems and workflows
- Prior experience within online brokerage environments and/or financial institutions
- Experience working with market data and industry research vendors

Responsibilities

- Manage vendor contracting lifecycle processes from ideation through execution for third-party suppliers
- Coordinate quote meter audits with external market exchanges and manage audit requests and reports
- Maintain centralized contracting documentation including NDAs, RFIs,



RFPs, onboarding documents, and invoices
- Collaborate with procurement on pricing negotiations, vendor onboarding, and contract amendmentsCoordinate circulation of draft contracts and agreements to secure stakeholder approvals
- Monitor vendor performance, contract renewals, and contract expiration timelines
- Contribute to vendor strategic planning, cost tracking, and process improvement initiatives
