This role offers both full time and part-time opportunities under a predictable 4 days on, 4 days off rotation. Your main focus will involve patient assessment and stabilization for ambulance transport in collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess injury or illness and care needs
- Administer emergency medical treatment as required
- Monitor and evaluate vital signs for patients
- Perform advanced life-saving procedures
- Collaborate with medical personnel effectively
Requirements:
- Valid Alberta Primary Care Paramedic permit
- Class IV driver's license with clear VSC
- Completion of all required training
- FARE certification
