RCR seeks a dedicated Dispatcher for the Ski Patrol at Nakiska Ski Resort, serving as the pivotal link in emergency communication. Ensure the safety of guests and staff during critical situations from the patrol base hut. In this full-time seasonal role, you will be responsible for managing emergency communications and monitoring patient care. Candidates must have an 80-hour Advanced First Aid certification and the ability to work under pressure.

Experience with radio communications is an asset and familiarity with the resort is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as main emergency communication contact
- Liaise with external emergency services
- Monitor patient records and care
- Maintain adequate medical supplies in the patrol hut
- Collect and communicate daily terrain updates

Requirements:

- Current 80-hour Advanced First Aid or EMR certification
- Robust organizational skills under pressure
- Ability to use computer software like Word and Excel
- Previous outdoor safety experience preferred
