Manage daily operations of the dialysis program
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and attendance




Conduct performance appraisals for team members
Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Act as a mentor and resource for staff Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent required
Five years of clinical experience in hemodialysis
Current NSNMR registration required
Leadership experience preferred
