As an integral member of the Operations team, you will be at the forefront of leading change management efforts and improving factory performance. This role involves coaching, training, and collaboration with management to ensure a seamless integration of operational excellence tools in daily practices and workshops, enabling measurable results throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate comprehensive training for factory management on ROPEX • Strategize and deploy improvement initiatives effectively • Implement Lean tools and standard practices within the factory • Monitor and report ROPEX progress accurately • Coach management teams and assist A3 writing

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and cultural change • Proficient in MS Office and systematic problem-solving techniques • Solid leadership skills for effective team engagement
