Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough risk and suicide assessments • Facilitate crisis counseling and individualized crisis responses • Design care plans and implement de-escalation strategies • Monitor and evaluate client progress and needs • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other service providers
Requirements: • Related degree in social work, nursing, or similar • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mental health settings • Background in crisis intervention preferred • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts • Commitment to anti-racist practices in service delivery
