Key Responsibilities:



• Execute and improve talent management processes • Support employee engagement and analysis of survey data • Design and deliver learning initiatives and manage vendors • Develop dashboards and insights to inform business decisions • Streamline processes to enhance employee programs

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields • 5+ years in talent management or related roles • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic setting • Experience in HR program support
