In the role of Community Wellness Manager at e4c, you’ll be dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals navigating trauma and mental health issues. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing wellness strategies, mentoring a team of Wellness Coaches, and working collaboratively with the Site Manager. This position emphasizes building a supportive and safe recovery workplace that embodies the values of compassion and connection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee resident intake and evaluation processes • Lead and mentor staff to deliver holistic wellness approaches • Implement wellness strategies aligned with resident care • Manage resources, including budgets and supplies • Foster a culture of personal growth and accountability
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or similar field • Over 3 years of relevant supervisory experience • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Harm Reduction • Clean Class 5 Driver's License and documented insurance • Strong background in trauma-informed care and collaborative practices
