As an integral part of the Human Resources division, you will coordinate health services, manage employee leaves, and oversee occupational health and safety programs.

Your efforts will ensure a supportive environment for employees, including leave administration and return-to-work strategies. You will play a key role in legislative compliance and continuous improvement of health and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer employee health files and documentation
- Coordinate return-to-work planning and medical leaves




- Track disability benefits and absence timelines
- Support safety initiatives and compliance monitoring
- Prepare reports on employee health trends and program improvements

Requirements:

- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of three years in health and safety roles
- BCCRSP or DCMP skilled designation is an asset
- Knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation and records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
