Our client, a highly regarded employment law firm in Toronto, is seeking an Employment Lawyer with 3–4 years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate interested in plaintiff-side employment law and workplace disputes. The successful candidate will manage files with increasing independence, work closely with experienced employment lawyers, and receive meaningful client exposure and advocacy opportunities.

Manage plaintiff-side employment law matters from initial consultation through resolution Advise employees on wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, discrimination, accommodation, and human rights matters Review employment agreements, termination packages, workplace policies, and settlement offers Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, settlement agreements,



and other legal materials Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on employment and workplace issues Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and other members of the litigation team 3–4 years of employment law or related litigation experience ~ Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario ~ Solid interest in plaintiff-side employment law ~ Experience managing litigation files with increasing independence ~ Courtroom, tribunal, mediation, or other advocacy experience ~ Strong drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and analytical skills ~ Receive mentorship and support from experienced employment lawyers Build significant litigation, negotiation, and courtroom experience Join a collaborative and highly regarded Toronto employment law firm Long-term professional development and advancement opportunities #
