Enbridge seeks a Manager for Pipeline Integrity Advancements to drive compliance and safety in energy distribution. This role is vital for overseeing integrity program development across Canadian and U.S. operations. As the Pipeline Integrity Advancements Manager, your main focus will be to enhance the Geohazard Management Program and uphold regulatory compliance.
You will lead initiatives that aim to standardize integrity management practices while driving safety improvements. This role requires significant collaboration and effective team management to ensure program success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enhancement of the Geohazard Management Program
- Identify threats and apply solutions for pipeline integrity
- Facilitate alignment of standards across gas distribution practices
- Implement continuous improvement based on performance metrics
- Guide a high-performing team of integrity professionals
Requirements:
- Engineering bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years in pipeline integrity or risk management
- P. Eng designation preferred in Ontario or PE in the U.S.
- Experience in leading technical teams and complex programs
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
