This role requires a blend of skills in IT operations, endpoint security, and identity management. You will handle procurement, provisioning, and secure retirement of devices while collaborating closely with Information Security for compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of endpoints including procurement and retirement
- Optimize Unified Endpoint Management platforms for compliance
- Support Okta SSO administration and access policies




- Deliver support through Jira Service Management and incident resolution
- Lead onboarding and offboarding for employees efficiently

Requirements:

- 3+ years in endpoint management or IT operations
- Hands-on experience with UEM platforms like Jamf or Intune
- Practical knowledge of Okta SSO integrations
- Proven record in SaaS or remote workforce support
- Solid understanding of endpoint security concepts
