You’ll work cross-functionally with teams from Product Development to Quality, focusing on continuous improvement and New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts. Your insights will directly influence safety, quality, and efficiency across Oxygen8's unique product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for products
- Support pilot builds during product launches
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with teams to improve manufacturability
- Conduct process capability studies and analysis Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or related engineering
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and ERP systems
- Experience with process validation and capability analysis
