You’ll track project performance, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. With your extensive knowledge in CAD and mechanical drawing standards, you will optimize production while developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure successful program resourcing and capacity monitoring

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering roles
- Expertise in CAD software (Pro-Engineer, Solidworks)
- Familiarity with process improvement tools and GD&T;
- Ability to travel when necessary
