We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to play a pivotal role in orchestrating programs within the Transformation Management Office.

With a focus on impactful delivery, you will coordinate efforts across various workstreams while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will effectively manage resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships while driving successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership across Enterprise Transformation initiatives
- Guide execution of programs from planning to delivery




- Engage with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships
- Develop transformation roadmaps that align with strategic goals
- Report risks and project KPIs to senior leadership

Requirements:

- 8+ years in complex program management roles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in transformation projects
- Required PgM, PMP, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Experience overseeing large-scale budgets over $10M
