The Administrative

Assistant is an entry-level position serving administrative functions across various departments and divisions. The administrative assistant provides support to our Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams along with other administrative functions. Strive to employ AGAT's mission statement of "Service Beyond Analysis" by providing assistance to the Management and Sales teams Periodic travel bookings as required Ordering and invoicing and mail collection Preparation of meeting and presentation materials Relieve Management of administrative functions such as planning and setting up for office meetings Other general office administrative tasks as required Minimum 2 year customer service and administrative experience Confident computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel) Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM's a definite asset Excellent planning, organization, decision making and time management skills Attention to detail for routine tasks and commitment to quality standards Exhibit patience and customer rapport building expertise General office environment with some exposure to laboratory environment.
