Entry-Level Roofing Labourer

Topline Shingles is hiring motivated, hardworking individuals to join our roofing team!

No roofing experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right people from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work hard, earn money, learn a skilled trade, and build toward higher-paying positions within the company.

We’re especially interested in college students, young workers, and motivated individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Roofing Labourer, you’ll work alongside experienced members of our crew and learn the fundamentals of professional roofing, including:

- Assisting with roofing installations and tear-offs
- Loading and unloading roofing materials
- Preparing and organizing job sites
- Learning proper use of roofing tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Assisting experienced roofers with various tasks
- Following safety procedures and instructions
- Developing your roofing skills through hands-on, on-the-job training

No Experience Required We can teach you how to roof — you bring the work ethic.

Previous roofing or construction experience is an asset, but it is not required. We’re looking for people who are willing to learn, take direction, work safely, and put in the effort to become better at their job.
