Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. Act as a leader in health and safety, implement programs and lead the maintenance team to adopt safer behaviours. Mentor team members to develop their maintenance expertise.

Ensure the implementation and continued use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Ensure the availability of parts and materials required for maintenance activities. Coordinate the interventions of external suppliers and contractors.

Participate in the analysis of failures and the implementation of corrective actions. Manage the forklift fleet, building,



and grounds. Inventory and supply management Control stocks of chemicals and maintenance parts.

Participate in the optimization of inventory processes and the supply chain. Produce inventory monitoring and analysis reports. Certificate or diploma in industrial maintenance, facilities management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Knowledge of overhead cranes and industrial equipment.
