Calfrac is seeking a dedicated Operator in Training (OIT) for our Fracturing department. You will participate in a six-week training program that equips you with a Class 1 driver’s license and operational skills under a mentor’s guidance. Your journey will involve safety procedures and equipment operation, paving the way for you to become a qualified operator.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete six-week OIT program with Class 1 MELT
• Operate fracturing equipment under supervision
• Assist in maintenance tasks as directed




• Adhere to health, safety, and setting policies
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Class 3 or 5 driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles
• Previous industry-related experience preferred
• Local resident of Medicine Hat
