Arthritis Society Canada is seeking a Clinician (OT or PT) for AREP in Kingston. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation for arthritis, using both in-person and virtual modalities, reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Impact & Performance.
You will collaborate with an interprofessional team, create personalized care plans, and contribute to education for patients and providers while navigating hybrid work arrangements and travel to client sites as required.
