Key Responsibilities: • Welcome families with confidence and a friendly demeanor • Conduct tours for recent families to ease their transition • Process payments and manage registrations efficiently • Respond promptly to phone and email communications • Help families choose suitable programs for their swimmers

Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience • Strong service-oriented mindset with a calm demeanor • Comfortable with computers and new software • Positive attitude and team-focused approach • Willingness to obtain Standard First Aid certification
