You will provide care for chronically ventilated patients in collaboration with the Registered Respiratory Therapist and manage acute cases. This position requires a blend of nursing skills, patient assessment abilities, and the utilization of computerized systems for accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate nursing care for respiratory health patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care




Utilize electronic systems for documentation of patient interactions
Participate in hospital committees and project teams
Mentor nursing students and recent staff Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
2 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
Previous respiratory nursing experience preferred
BCLS certification or agreement to obtain within 3 months
