The Service

Technician is responsible for working on teardown, inspection, assembly and testing of off‑highway components including marine gears, powershift transmissions, torque converters, planetary axles, transfer cases and industrial power take‑offs, as well as working on heavy‑duty off‑highway equipment.

The Service

Technician is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with service and re‑manufacturing customers and vendors by identifying and providing solutions to component malfunctions and failures through the inspection, diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, and preparation of equipment (unit) in a satisfactory and timely fashion, both in‑house and in the field.



Ask yourself these questions- If you answer "YES!", Do you have 2+ years of experience working with heavy equipment ? Have you previously worked on powertrain components (heavy‑duty or automotive)?

Do you have certification in diesel or automotive (preferred but not required)? Do you have strong mechanical aptitude and are skilled in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic/electrical principles ? Are you able to read assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics ?

Do you have the ability to communicate well with customers and have a solid sense of urgency?
