With at least one year of experience in collision repair estimating, your expertise will aid in keeping customers informed and satisfied. Your duties also involve coordinating with team members to ensure all repair KPIs are met satisfactorily. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the WOW plan consistently for improved service
- Write thorough estimates for vehicle repairs
- Guide customers clearly through the repair process
- Keep ASE updated with necessary customer details
- Ensure all insurance requirements are fulfilled

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of estimating experience
- Knowledge of vehicle repair practices required
- Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license needed
