We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead Developer with solid expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL Development, IBM Netezza, and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will lead data integration initiatives, support data warehouse modernization programs, and collaborate with stakeholders within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft SSIS and related technologies.
- Manage data integration, transformation, and migration activities across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.




- Support data warehouse migration and modernization initiatives involving Netezza and AWS platforms.
- Ensure data quality, performance, governance, and operational stability.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in Data Warehousing and ETL Development.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft SSIS/SSRS.
- Strong experience with IBM Netezza and SQL development.
- Experience with AWS Redshift and AWS Glue.
- Banking and Financial Services domain experience.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- AWS Cloud Services including EMR, Spark, and Redshift.
- Kafka message processing.
- Lending systems knowledge.
- Master Data Management (MDM).
- Retail and Commercial Banking systems.
- Core Banking domain experience.
