Join ILS as an Evening Attendant and provide vital support to clients seeking independence at home. Your skills will help enhance their quality of life each day. In this part time permanent role, you'll be contributing to the dignity and independence of adults with physical disabilities and seniors.

You'll report to the Supervisor of Staffing while assisting with non-medical daily living activities. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to ensure clients receive the best care. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily living activities according to service plans
- Report any client issues to supervisors promptly
- Build rapport with diverse clients and families
- Use prescribed tools and equipment safely
- Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker Certification, RN or DSW required
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Minimum 3000 hours experience in community care
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation
