The Technical
Supervisor position requires direct leadership of the technical team, ensuring seamless equipment setup and client interactions.
Your role includes training technicians on service standards to foster a high-performance culture. You will manage day-to-day operations effectively, handling challenges as they arise to meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate setup and breakdown of audiovisual systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct daily management and direct workflow of staff
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Oversee maintenance and condition of technical equipment Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years of audio-visual experience essential
- Customer service or hospitality experience required
- Technical 1-Star Certification required for internal applicants
