At MindFluent, we're expanding our capacity to serve men in our community who are seeking specialized trauma therapy. We're a dedicated EMDR centre building a team of top-tier professionals, and we're looking for an experienced Associate (with a completed Master's degree and RCC/CCC designation) to join our Burnaby office.

We aren't a generalist clinic. We provide the equipment, the setting, and the reputation to help you thrive as a leader in trauma work for men. We've seen a massive demand for clinicians who specialize in men's issues, including mid-life transitions, fatherhood, and relational trauma.

Pro-D support: If you're working toward full EMDR certification or advanced training, we'll help fund that growth. We prioritize clinical longevity over high volume, helping you build a schedule that gives you the time you need for your own family and life outside the clinic. You have a strong, established background working with men's mental health, performance, and relational trauma.

We hold regular staff meetings for case consultation and host group socials to keep the team connected. We want to make sure you feel supported, not just clinically, but as part of a real community.

We have immediate high-demand openings for end-of-week and weekend coverage. We are specifically looking for availability across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. If you can cover shifts on all three of these days, that is considered a huge asset.

To best support the specific relational needs and demographic preferences of our male client base, we're strongly encouraging male-identifying clinicians with a mature, seasoned clinical perspective to apply. A completed Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work (this is a firm requirement). You must have already completed your EMDR Basic Training, or currently hold EMDR Certification.

A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule at our Burnaby office, with a priority on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday blocks.
