You will shape HR processes while advising leaders, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Your leadership will support the overall employee engagement and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on HR strategies and support department managers
- Facilitate the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
- Address employee relations and performance issues

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of HR experience in a senior role
- In-depth knowledge of BC employment laws and best practices
- Effective organization skills for a part time schedule
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Local residency in Metro Vancouver required for office attendance
