In this role, you’ll support a major construction project, ensuring compliance with specifications while providing administrative and technical expertise. You will work in collaboration with the Superintendent, monitor project performance, and assist in resolving challenges related to schedules and manpower. Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards • Assist in planning and implementing project schedules • Analyze and maintain cost reports for project budget adherence • Collaborate with consultants and communicate project concerns • Monitor work performance and interface with subcontractors

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in construction management • 2 years of relevant construction experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills • EIT or CET designation preferred • Experience in AFP/P3 Design-Build projects an asset
