Key Responsibilities: • Oversee employer-sponsored visa and mobility programs. • Develop resources for Team Members' internal moves. • Track visa applications and ensure timely processing. • Partner with teams on relocation and mobility needs. • Evaluate and enhance program performance.
Requirements: • Five years’ experience in immigration or mobility. • Proficiency with J-1, H-2B, and TFWP programs. • Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention. • Ability to communicate complex processes clearly. • Comfort in a player-coach operational role.
