As a Privacy Coordinator, you will work full-time onsite, supporting regulatory compliance alongside the Clinical Information and Systems Manager. Your expertise will guide policy development, maintain confidentiality in client records, and contribute to educational initiatives about privacy standards and practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and revise health records policies focusing on privacy
• Audit and report privacy breaches within established guidelines




• Maintain and monitor consent processes for client records
• Educate staff on privacy considerations and compliance
• Process record requests from clients, caregivers, and agencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare privacy experience
• CHIMA Certification required
• CIPP/C certification or equivalent essential
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Clear Police Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check
