Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) in Ottawa is seeking a Social Worker to provide psychosocial assessments and interventions in Oncology & Hematology. You will offer counseling related to diagnosis and adjustment, crisis intervention, and advocacy for services and financial assistance, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
The social worker will participate in the social work coverage model, maintain clinical documentation, and support care continuity across visits.
