College of Nurses & Midwives is seeking a temporary, full time Policy Analyst to support nursing and midwifery regulation. You will conduct evidence synthesis, analysis, and develop reports that inform organizational decisions. This role requires a minimum of 2 office days weekly and promotes collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Develop research strategies and gather evidence for policy initiatives
Synthesize information from various sources for reporting
Coordinate survey processes, managing data effectively
Lead assigned projects ensuring timely outcomes
Create documents consistent with BCCNM's standards Requirements:
Master’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent
5 to 7 years of relevant healthcare experience
Solid skills in data collection and analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
