The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is hiring a Public Works Manager to report directly to the Director of Engineering & Public Works. This permanent full time position demands a candidate with expertise in asset management, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include budget preparation and operational oversight to serve our community effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Public Works operations and supervision of staff
Participate in infrastructure programs, including contract administration




Develop the department budget in collaboration with stakeholders
Oversee compliance with environmental regulations and legislation
Create training programs for staff development Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering Technology
Minimum five years in municipal servicing construction
Three years of leadership experience required
Competence in Occupational Health & Safety Act
