You will play a crucial role in shaping the workplace experience through effective communication and program management while ensuring adherence to employment legislation in retail settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily associate relations and provide guidance
• Maintain and update HR policies for explicit communication
• Oversee advantages administration and onboarding processes




• Lead national health and safety and leave management
• Collaborate with leaders to promote engagement and process improvements

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in HR operations
• Experience in retail sector HR challenges
• Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
