Verify and fix product configurations and code bugs
Participate in weekly ticket reviews with internal teams




Troubleshoot using logging and production support tools
Document research and issue resolution through Runbooks
Collaborate with development and QA for ticket resolution Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 5+ years experience
Proficient in SaaS applications, Java, J2EE, and SQL
Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills
