The Protective Services Team

Lead will report to the Manager of Operations and is integral to achieving the unit's mission. You will leverage over two years of security experience while developing solid internal and external partnerships. This position involves diverse shift patterns, and forming effective working relationships is key to success. Key Responsibilities:
Direct team activities to meet operational goals
Establish relationships with key stakeholders
Make decisions impacting unit-level operations
Support crisis intervention and public safety practices
Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards Requirements:
Valid Class 5 non-GDL driver's license
Community Peace Officer Level I designation within one year
Minimum 2 years in a security role
Effective public speaking skills
