Job descriptions & requirements

1. Manage all manufacturing accounting activities, including production costing, inventory, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
2. Prepare accurate financial reports, management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
3. Monitor production costs, wastage, variances, stock movements, and identify financial leakages.
4. Reconcile inventory, bank, suppliers, customers, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
5. Ensure strong financial controls, proper documentation, tax compliance, and readiness for audits.
6. Provide management with timely insights on product costs, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.
