- Develop and implement daily and weekly work plans
- Monitor crew hours and project scopes effectively

- Enhance quality through accurate inspection report reviews

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of NDT experience and supervisory skills
- Required NDT certifications with additional qualifications being advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication expertise
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Airtable a plus
