As a Peer Specialist, you will focus on coaching clients through personalized interventions while participating in education and community outreach initiatives, thereby fostering a supportive recovery workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct psychosocial support to clients
- Facilitate education and independent living programs
- Assist with client empowerment and recovery choices
- Organize workshops and public education events
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions

Requirements:

- Preferred degree in social or health sciences
- Two years of recovery experience plus one year in a similar role
- Active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills with clients and families
- Relevant certifications in mental health training
