Join AAA Canada as an experienced RT/UT Welder, specializing in nuclear-grade component fabrication. Ensure high-quality standards and safety through precision welding practices. The successful candidate will come with at least 5 years' experience in nuclear manufacturing or heavy industrial fabrication.
This role involves performing precision welding according to ASME Code and project specifications. You will be responsible for self-inspections and ensuring compliance with RT and UT standards while maintaining the highest quality during production. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute welding using SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and GMAW
- Fabricate components from carbon and stainless steel materials
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Ensure traceability and identification during fabrication
- Support and assist with NDE activities including inspections
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or equivalent welding certification
- Proven ability to produce welds meeting acceptance criteria
- Deep understanding of welding procedures and quality protocols
- Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
- Collaboration experience in team-oriented environments
