Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily functions of program staff
• Ensure safe and efficient operations during shifts
• Assist with staff recruitment and performance evaluations




• Manage crisis situations and client grievances
• Chair daily shift change meetings for information flow
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related area
• At least two years of relevant supervisory experience
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and insurance needed
• Experience with marginalized communities is beneficial
