You will own in-studio sales across memberships, packs, and retail, lead the front-of-house team, and collaborate with senior leadership to scale a premium wellness brand.
This role requires a commercially driven, people-focused leader who thrives in a quick-paced workplace and can coach others to reflect RCVRI's standards.
