Lead advancements in patient care at UHN’s Princess Margaret Cancer Centre as a Radiation Therapy Supervisor. UHN is seeking a full time Radiation Therapy Supervisor to enhance its Radiation Medicine Program.

In this role, you will supervise Radiation Therapists, support staff development, and contribute to quality assurance efforts. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining clinical excellence and fostering effective communication within the multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of Radiation Therapy department
Mentor and coach team members for staff development




Ensure treatment policies are current and well communicated
Drive and implement quality assurance practices
Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient care Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy; Master’s preferred
Current CMRITO registration and CPR certification
Minimum 5 years as a Radiation Therapist
At least 2 years in a formal leadership role
