Pattison Food Group Ltd. in Langley, BC, is hiring Customer Experience Representatives to deliver outstanding service by phone and email, help customers navigate our online shopping tools, and resolve inquiries with empathy.
You will document compliments, concerns, and requests, partner with ecommerce and store teams on order questions, and support customers in the More Rewards program. We offer full time (5 shifts) and part time (3 shifts) roles with Mon–Thu 6:00–20:00 and Fri–Sun 6:00–18:00.
