As a School Counsellor, you will provide personal, academic, and career guidance while collaborating with staff and parents to foster student well-being. The ideal candidate will enhance the faith-based school culture, enriching the lives of students and their families. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and small group counselling sessions
- Offer academic advising and course selection assistance
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support growth
- Provide crisis intervention and necessary referrals
- Foster a positive, caring school climate rooted in faith

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or related field
- Registration with BCACC or BC School Counsellors' Association preferred
- Experience with adolescents in school settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to Catholic education philosophy
